Artist Of The Week

Hey guys, it's Jon here. I'm doing one post a week and it's this one. The artist of this week is Salvador Dalí, most widely known for his eccentric painting, and his amazing mustache. He is my favorite artist of all time. He was born in Figueres, Spain on May 11 1904. Dalí experimented in his early years with charcoal, cubism, but he finally found his own way of painting in surrealism. He didn't only paint though, he worked in film, jewelry, sculpture, writing, and photography. He had to stop painting due to a sudden health problem when he was 76. on January 23, 1989, he died at age 84, and still to this day, people can tell his work from a mile away.
